Return Policy

For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

You have 10 days to return

Original Condition: Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (boxes, pouches, etc.).

Tags/Seals Intact: Any attached tags, security seals, or labels must still be attached and intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

⚠️ Please Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
